Where is Lulu's Sweet tooth located?
Lulu's Sweet tooth is a home based business and is located in Oatley NSW 2223.
Council approved & member of ACADA (Ausralian Cake Artists & Decorators Association).
For Pickups, you will be sent full address once your order is ready for pickup.
When and what time can I pick up my order?
Please specify prefered pickup date and time in the 'Additional Information' box at checkout. A confirmation will then be sent to you once the date/time is finalised.
Your prefered pickup time is not guarranteed until confirmation is finalised.
Please take note of the minimum processing days in each product description.
They can also be hand delivered across Sydney Metro region Monday - Saturday 9-5 delivery window. If you live beyond, please contact us and we will try our best to organise a delivery.
Please allow min 3 days for processing and 1-2 days for postage.

How much is local hand delivery?
Deliveries are currently only available in Sydney Metro, NSW, Australia.

>20kms $39.99
This covers Sydney metro and selected suburbs.
Please note : subject to availability.
Due to the fragile nature of our goods, our rates are generally higher than standard courier rates in Sydney as special vehicles and extra care needs to be taken.
Delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Generally deliveries are between 9am -5pm Monday-Saturday, so please ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
How do I order a cake?
All cakes are custom made to order. Please email or DM to obtain a quote and availability. Feel free to look at our Instagram and Facebook pages for ideas and note that all cakes are unique in style and design.
Please include in your enquiry: Date of event, Type of event (eg. Christening), Number of people, style/theme of cake.
Please allow min 14 days notice. Subject to availability.
What Cake Flavours do you have?

Do you have Gluten or Dairy Free options?
Please contact us if you require Gluten Free or Dairy Free prior to ordering online and we can confirm availability.
Please note although Gluten/Dairy free ingredients are used, our kitchen is not gluten/dairy free. Therefore if you are highly allergic to certain food products and wish to play it safe, we politely suggest that you do not consume.
How to store/serve your baked goods?
All custom cakes will be pre-chilled for easy and safe transport. Please allow cake to come to room temperature 1-2 hours prior to serving.Special transport & storage instructions will be provided on the day.
Cookie bouquets & boxes are best stored in an air tight container and consumed at room temperature. Please do not store fondant cookies in the fridge as condensation can cause the fondant to go sticky.
New York Style cookies are best stored at room temperature. or in the fridge in Summer months. Remove plastic packaging and microwave for 8-10 seconds or heat in oven at 170 degrees for 4-6 minutes for the best ooze!
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility after a product is delivered/picked up for any spoilage due to customers inappropriate handling and/or storage.
How long is the shelf life?
Cupcakes and cakes are freshly baked therefore it is suggested they are consumed within 1-2 days. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Please allow them to come to room temperature before serving.
ALL cookies are baked fresh and suggested they should be consumed within 1-7 days of receiving them.
Freezing is possible however not recommended as this may affect the quality of the baked good.
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
Although we do our best to ensure your order arrives at your door step in true sweetness, sometimes the handling of the parcels are beyond our control. If your cookies arrive damaged, please contact us with a picture of the damaged goods on day of arrival to lulus.sweettooth.syd@gmail.com.
